The reason the Hikvision devices cant show the video on Google Chrome is that they rely on a feature called NPAPI developed by Netscape many years ago and the support for such a feature is no longer available on Chrome. I am using a Hikvision DS-7732NI-SP firmware v331 with DS-2CD2T32 and DS-2CD2132F with v53 firmware cameras. Ensure the camera is using the latest firmware. Update the Hikvision IP camera firmware.
